Great subs and pizza. Their special subs are always creative and delicious! I don't understand the attitude comments. I've been eating here for years and have never had that experience. There are times when they are busy and focused and seem quite serious. Focused is different than rude.

These guys are serious about their pizza and it shows. I love and appreciate all types of pizza but Gianni’s knocks it out of the park with their Sicilian. Buyer beware as it is incredibly filling, I could only put down about 2 and a half slices myself. Service was quick and pleasant and there looked to be a steady stream of customers in and out. Another good sign was that these folks were ordering a variety of items, showing that while they may specialize in Sicilian pizza, that they take pride in their entire menu.

I avoided this place until last because of the bad reviews, I was afraid to try it. After all, how much worse can the pizza be than Bertucci's, Papa Gino's and etc But guys, this pizza is different with more proper dough and quality ingredients for topping. Not A, but you can call this pizza Italian pizza, not American pies. I've only tried a few slices and it's a pleasant surprise!

Gianni’s has the best pizza in town. I’ve been a patron since they replaced the village car wash. It’s probably one of the best in the greater Boston area. It reminds me of the pizza we used to find as kids in the neighborhood pizza shops. ( or bars) They’re always prompt and efficient even when swamped. Subs and wraps are great too.
The best pizza between Boston and Springfield. The pizza is always consistently great quality and delicious and very fair prices! I don't understand how someone could go to a chain pizza or generic 'house of pizza' over an authentic pizzeria like Gianni's!
